*

The  most  common  color  of  garnets  is  reddish  brown. Bohemian  Garnet  is  deep  red gemstone, Russian  Demantoid  and  African  Tsavorite  are  vibrant green.

Most  natural  garnets  are  mixtures  of  two  or  more  of  the  following  pure species:  pyrope, almandine, spessartine,  uvarovite,  grossular, and  radite. Garnets  occur   in  a  very  wide variety  of  formations, colors, and  clarities. The  versatile  garnet  comes  in  a  virtual  rainbow of colors, including  pink, red, purple, orange, yellow, violet, green, colorless, occasionally  black, brown and  many  shades  of  red  and  green.

Garnets  are  a  group  of  common  silicate  minerals  that  have  similar  crystal  structures  and chemical  compositions. It  can  be  translucent  to  transparent, sometimes  opaque  with  a vitreous  or resinous  luster.

The  best  known  type  of  garnet  is  red  semi-precious  stone  pyrope, one  of  several red gems, which  the  ancients  used  to  call  Carbuncles.

Garnets  are  actually  one  of  the  largest families  of  gemstones.
Garnets  are  found  in  a  wide  variety  of  locations  including  Kenya, Sri Lanka, Thailand, Brazil, India, Madagascar, Canada  and  USA.

*

Some people believed  that  Garnet  is  a  stone  of  health  and  the  wearer  is  sociable. When placed  under  the  pillow  while  sleeping  wards  off  bad  dreams  and  evil  spirits  of  the night. Enhancing  body  strength, endurance  healing  and protecting. Helps  arthritis  pain. It  is  commonly  believed  that  if  you  give  garnet  to  a  loved  one, it  will  secure  their loyalty  and  affection.

Rose  Quartz  (JANUARY)

rosequartz
rose quartz

Pink  or  peach-colored  quartz  is  called  Rose Quartz  and  it  is  one  of  the  most  popular quartz  varieties.

Its  color  is  thought  to  be  due  to  the  presence of small  amounts  of  titanium. The best material  is  found  in  Madagascar. It  is  also  found  in  Brazil, the USA, the former USSR, Scotland, and Spain.

*

It  has  long  been  considered  as  a  symbol  of  friendship, well  being  life, and  love.
In  ancient  mythology  has  said  had  been  brought  to  earth  by  Eros and Amour.

Most  of  the  time  this  substance  is  cloudy  and  often  cracked  due  to  its  brittleness. The asterism  in  Rose Quartz  can  only  be seen  when  light  is  beamed  through  it.

The  coloration  of  Rose Quartz  can  fade  over  time  especially  if  exposed  to  light,  heat, and  even  air.  Even  the  finest  one.

*

This  pretty  pink  stone  has  long  been  associated  with  love  magic  and  it  does  have  the power  to  draw  and  hold  love.

A  stone  of  beauty, friendship, and  joy  which  can  be  used  to  boost  your  awareness  of the  beauty  and  magic  of  the  world,  or  to  bring  peace  and  harmony  into  environment.

Rose  Quartz  can  be  used  in  any  form  of  love  magic  but  perhaps  the  simplest  is  to give it  away  is  a  gift, which  is  said  to  increase  the recipients’  love  for  you.

A  raw  chunk  of  Rose Quartz  is  wonderful  in  a room  where  there  is  a  risk  of  heated debates  or  quarrels.

Meditation  with  the  stone  will  help  you  find  where  are  you  ‘blocking’  love  in  your  life and  how  to  heal  yourself  of  problems  which  stop  you  loving  yourself  as  you  should, such  as  depression, low  self  esteem  or  self-hatred.

An  excellent  stone  for children  or  for  adults  who  were  deprived  of  love  as  a  child. It carries  the  energy  of  elemental  water  which  can  cool  anger and  wash  away  pain.

Rose Quartz  is  one  of  the  most  powerful  water stones  and  is  very  useful  if you  are trying  to connect  with  this  element. Just  remember  to  cleanse  it  thoroughly  afterwards.

To clean, Rose Quartz  jewelry  made with sterling silver and gold  can  be dipped in a solution to remove  tarnish  without  harming  the  stone. It  can  be  polished with a  jewelry  polishing cloth.

Birth  Stones  of  April, May, June

Diamond, Emerald, Pearl, Moonstone, Alexandrite

Diamond (APRIL)

Diamond

Diamonds  are  forever. The  phrase  was  coined  in  the  l940s  by  the  mining  company  De Beers, The Netherlands, and  became  an  effective  marketing  tool.

Diamond  had  discovered   in  India  more  2000  years  ago.
Some  people  believe  helpful  in  diabetes  and  urinary, tract  diseases.
This  precious  stone  become  most  favorite  and  expensive  one. True  love  used  to  present with  this  stone. Unbreakable, clear, bright, expensive,  and  everlasting.

In  Indonesia, Diamond  is  called  as : “Berlian” ( Ber-lee- an),  comes  from  Brilliant. And  ‘berlian’  still  the  most  admirable  stone  for  the  Indonesian.
Indonesia  also  have  the  quality  diamond, especially  in  Borneo (Kalimantan) island. And  send  to  Netherland  for  the  best  class  cutting.

*

Diamond  are  durable  but  still  require  proper  maintenance.
Don’t  touch  the  diamond  surface  with  your  hands.  Lotions, powder, skin oils, and  other chemicals  can  cut  down  their  brilliance.

To  clean, using  commercial  jewelry  cleaner  or  mild  detergent. Dip  the  jewelry  into  the solution  and  use  soft  brush.

Blue Diamond Ring
Blue Diamond Ring

Undoubtedly, diamond  still  hold  special  piece  in  our  heart, even  most  cannot   afford  the price  tag. But  there  are  a  variety  of  alternatives  to  diamond  that  can  create  stunning jewelry, an unquestioned  first  choice  for  engagement  ring.
                                                       *
Lorraine  and  Jason Venner  from  Jewelry Mall  suggested  the  five  alternatives  gemstone, which  had  the  look  of  diamond. White  Sapphire, Cubic  Zirconia, Moissanite, Ruby  and Emerald.
Cubic  Zirconia (CZ) made  its  jeweler  debut  in  l976  and  has  remained  the  most  cost effective  and  realistic  diamond  replica  since  then.

The  most  recent  diamond  substitute  develop  is  Moissanite, a  substance  originally discovered  in  a  meteorite, or  shooting  star, that  fell  to  earth.
While  Moissanite  is  used  in  jewelry  as  a  diamond  substitute.

Many  experts  feel  it  to  be  even  more  beautiful  than  the gemstone  it  self. It  reflects twice  as  much  light  as  diamond, making  a  stone  doubles  brilliant.

The  limited  available  of, Moissanite  make  it  more  expensive  than  Cubic Zirconia, and  still considerably  cheaper  than  real  diamond.
Moissanite  make  twice  of  sparkle  in  reduced price.

Emerald (MAY)

Emerald

This  green  stone  symbolizes  reproduction  goddess  Venus.
Emerald  is  diamond  alternative.

A  symbol  of  love, beauty  and  youth, making  them  the  perfect  expression  of a  long-lasting love  that  will  remain  as  a  pure  and  true.

Nero  the  Roman  emperor  used  Emerald  as  sunglasses  while  watching  chariot  races.
Some  believed  as  a  stone  of  successful  love.  Increasing  intelligence  and  strength  of heart  and  bring  harmony.

*

Emerald  is  the most  precious  member  of  the  Beryl  family. It  exhibits  a distinct  and recognizable  pure  green  hue  but  can  also  be  found  in  a yellowish-green hue. On  Mohs scale  of  hardness, emerald  is  7.5-8.

It  has  a  vitreous  luster  and  sources  include  Colombia, Zimbabwe, South Africa, Russia (Urals), Afghanistan, Australia (New South Wales, Western Australia), Ghana, India, Madagascar, Malawi, Mozambique, Namibia, Nigeria, Pakistan, Zambia, Tanzania, and  the United  States (North Carolina).

The  beauty  of  Colombian  emeralds, known  for  their  extraordinary  color  and crystallization, is  unique  since  their  formation  process  occurred  in  a  different  geological  environment than  all  the  other  known  emerald  deposits. They  are  found  in  black  argillaceous limestone  of  the  Upper Cretaceous  age, which  was  deposited  in  a  sea  separating  North and South  America.

During  the  Continental  drift, the  Andes  Mountains  were  formed, and  beds  that  were originally  at  the  bottom  of  the  sea  found  themselves  at  the  top  of  the  mountains. While folding, the  rocks  fractured, which  provided  space  for  the  growth  of  calcite  veins. Hot magma  followed  by  hot  gases  and  fluids  permeated  through  the  cracks, bringing  with them  the elements  necessary to  crystallize  emeralds. These  gases  were  trapped  in  the crust  of  the  fold  in  the  eastern  cordillera  of  the  Andes  by  an  impermeable  shale formation.

Since  calcite  veins  are  porous  and  permeable, the  emeralds  had  an  opportunity  to crystallize  while  the  gasses  and  fluids  cooled  off.

To  clean, with  toothbrush  and  mild soap.

Natural  citrine  is  rare  compared  to  amethyst  or  smoky quartz , both  of which  are often  heated  to  turn  their  natural  color  into  that  of  citrine.

Citrine  symbolizes  light-heartedness, joy  and  happiness. Citrine  is  a  great  protective talisman. It  calms  and soothes.

In  ancient  time  was  used  as  a  protective  talisman  against  the  plague, bad  skin, evil thought and  as  a charm against  snakebites. It is said, Citrine’s  wearer  will  get  the  sense of stability and  bring  emotional  balance  to  mind  and  body.

Citrine  is  found  in  Brazil, Madagascar, Spain, Uruguay, Scotland, USA (California, Colorado, North Carolina, Georgia, and Nevada) and Russia. Brazil  is  the  main  source  of  Citrine.

Turquoise (DECEMBER)

Turquoise,Mamuli Pendant, Java beads,Necklace
Turquoise,Mamuli Pendant, Java beads,Necklace/Ross

One  of  the  most  written  about gemstone, that  is  the Turquoise.
This  is  one  of  the  most  valuable  gemstones  in  jewelry. Symbol  of  good  fortune.

Turquoise  forms  when  water  percolates  through  rocks  that  contain  copper, aluminum  and other  minerals. Chemical  reaction  takes  place  that  results  in  deposits  of  what  we  know as Turquoise. That  process  takes  millions  of  years.

The  blue  turquoise  is  enhanced  when  copper  is  present. If  the  site  contains more aluminum, the  turquoise  will  shade  to  green. When  zinc  is  present  the  deposits  are yellow- green  color,  a  rare  combination  that  so  far  has  been  found  in  only  a  few  areas .

Natural  turquoise  stones  may  have  been  cut  but  no  artificial  changing. Clear  blue Persian Turquoise  is  thought  by  many  to b e  among  the  finest  Turquoise  in  the  world.

The  color  of  Turquoise  can  vary  from  deep  blue  to  a  deep  green  with  variation  of  color in  between. This  color  variation  is  due  to  the  chemical  composition  of  the  stone.

The  more  copper  in  the  molecule  the  bluer  the  Turquoise. The  color  can  also  be changed  artificially  by  submerging  the  stone  in  animal  fat.

The  preferred  and  the  higher quality  Turquoise  is  usually  a  pure  blue color. The  quality decreases  with  the  increase  of  green  color. From  sky  blue  to  deep  blue  also  green with variegations  from  brown  black.

In  the 16th century, Indian  used  this  stone  as  a  form  of  currency.  Egyptian Pharaos wore turquoise  necklace. Was  brought  to  Europe  by  Venetian  merchants  from  Turkish bazaar.

In  Indonesia, people  used  to  call  as “Pirous” ( pee-roos) stone  instead  of  Turquoise. The collectors  prefer  blue green  “pirous’  with  gold  spider, as  the  most  expensive  one. Men  used  to  wear  on  their  ring.

For  so  long, ‘pirous’  in  Indonesia  only  used  for men’s  gold ring, which  usually  surrounded with  diamonds. (The  same happened  to ruby, emerald, topaz, sapphire, aquamarine, amethyst , jade, moonstone, alexandrite, and  garnets  men’s ring.)

Turquoise  has  been mined  in  many  places  through  out  the  world.
Mines  in  India  produce  green  Turquoise. Chinese  mines  are  currently  selling  a  great  deal of  turquoise  to  the  jewelry  industry. Mines  in  USA  yield  Turquoise  in  variety  of  color and qualities.

Chemicals  are  used  to  enhance  or  change  color. Now  in  the  market  you  could  find various  color  of  Turquoise. Included  yellow  and  red.

Most  of  the today’s  Turquoise  has  been  treated  or  enhance  in  some way. There’s nothing  wrong  about it, said  Carly Wickell , guide  to  jewelry  of  About.com, as  long  you pay a  suitable  price  for  it.
Anyhow, choose  turquoise  because  it  speaks  to  the  current  fashionable  color with  the currently-popular  amount  matrix, and  wear  it often.

The  dark  marking  in  Turquoise  that’s  the  matrix , the rock  that  turquoise  formed  in.
When  stone  are  cut, some  of  the  matrix  remains  bound  the  turquoise. The color varies because  turquoise  can  occur  in  different  types  of  rock.

Black  matrix  probably  is  iron  pyrite. Yellow (gold)  matrix  could  be  rhyolit, Brown  is probably  iron  oxide.
The  term  ‘spider  webbing’  refers  to  stones  with  thin  lines  of  matrix  distributed throughout  them.
The  Indonesian  men  prefer  the  gold  spider  webbing  turquoise  for  their ring.

*

Hardness  of  Turquoise  used  for  jewelry  varies  5-6 Mohs. The hardest  Turquoise  usually found  nearest  the  surface  of  the  earth. Where  it’s  had  chance  to  dry.

Softer,  the  chalk-like  turquoise, is  too  soft  and   porous  to  be  used  unless  it’s  treated.
An  epoxy  resin  or  other  substance  is  infused  into  the  pores  of  the  stone.  No  longer porous, its  color will  not  change  overtime.

Turquoise, hydrated  copper  and  aluminum  phosphate, that  is  extensively  used  as  a gemstone. Turquoise  is  a  secondary  mineral  deposited  from  circulating waters, and  it occurs  chiefly  as  an  opaque, granular  vein  running  through  a host  rock.

The  color of turquoise  ranges  from  sky  blue  through  various  shades  of  green to  greenish and  yellowish  gray. Turquoise  is  opaque  except  in  the  thinnest splinters, and  has  a feeble, faintly  waxy  luster.

Highly  prized  turquoise  has  come from  Neyshabur, Iran. Numerous  deposits  in the southwestern  United  States  have  been  worked  for  centuries  by  American Indians. Turquoise  also  occurs  in  northern  Africa, Australia, Siberia, and  Europe.(Jojobeads.com)

*

Turquoise  is  said  as  Master  healing  stone. Stimulates  the  initiation  of  romantic  love. Bring peace  in  mind, strength, wisdom, positive  thinking.

It’s  one  of  the  oldest  talismanic  and  curative  gems  in  many  civilizations.
Protection  courage, love, friendship, healing, luck, and money. Some people believe, if  the Turquoise  break, it  would  be a bad omen. A  warn  of  physical  danger.

It  also  popular  token  of  friendship  since  Turquoise  reputed  to  be  responsible  for faithfulness  and  reliable  relationships.

Turquoise  necklace  can  make  a  special  gift  for  an  anniversary  for  11 year  of  marriage.

Handle  your  turquoise  jewelry  carefully  to  avoid  scratching  it.  Don’t  store  turquoise  with harder  material  that  might  rub  against  it  and  cause  damage.
Very  soft  and  porous  stone  and  will  be  stained  if  it  absorbs  a  colored  liquid.

It  should  never  be  dipped  or  soaked  in  a  cleaning  solution. Ultrasonic  cleaning  is  not recommended. Just  clean  your  turquoise  in  warm sudsy  water  and  dry  it  immediately with a soft  cloth.
Make  sure  protected  from  heat  and  chemicals  such  as  oils, perfumed, and  household cleaner, and  bright  sunlight.

Onyx (DECEMBER)

Snow white Onyx, Java Royal Replica, Necklace
Snow white Onyx, Java Royal Replica, Necklace/Ross

The name “Onyx” seems to have come from the Greek word for claw, or fingernail. Some claim the correlation comes from pinkish varieties of Onyx which could resemble the appearance of a fingernail.

Others believe that the term was originally used for the stone we now call “onyx marble” which has pink and yellow veins, while still others say that the name refers to the width of the bandings, and not the stone’s overall appearance.

Onyx is a type of the microcrystalline quartz; chalcedony. Unlike Agates which have curved bands, onyx has parallel straight bands which alternate usually between black and white, brown and white. Soft lime green and cream. Solid Black or Snow White.

The word Onyx has nearly become a synonym for the color black , however, not only does this stone form in many different colors, but natural black Onyx is quite rare, resulting in most of the stones sold on the market being either dyed agate, or lighter onyx, treated so as to make it black, as has been done since ancient times.

Onyx is similar to agate but has straight rather than curved bands. These may be brown and white or black and white.

Onyx deposits are found all over the world any many areas have characteristic onyx specific to the region. A multi color onyx comes from Egypt, a blue variety can be found in Namibia, Pink Purple sphaerocobaltites are known exist in Zaire, and yellow stones come from both Kenya and the Tunguska River basin in Russia.

Indonesia is rich with onyx. It is found in villages’ ground among the villager residential area. In West Java, the villager not only dig from ground but also in caves in village. But due to the invornment safety the digging has been limited.
Indonesia’s earth carried fine marbled onyx as well as the marble its self.
Marble is found many East java.

Historically, Onyx is very popular. Ancient Rome, Egypt, Babylonia and Assyria all used onyx. These and other ancient people used the stone to create such things as vases, cups, sculptures, mosaics, cabochons, cameos, intaglios, and even to make entire palace interiors. These days it is more common to see Onyx made into beads, rings, pendants, chess pieces, bookends and animal figurines.

*

The  name Onyx  was  used  by  the  Romans  for  a variety  of  stones  including alabaster, chalcedony, and  what  is  now  known  as  onyx  marble.

Onyx  seals  were  very  popular  with  the  Romans.
Roman  soldiers  wore   sardonyx   talismans   engraved   with  heroes  such  as  Hercules  or Mars, gods  of   war. They  believed  that  the  stone  would  make  the   wearer  as  brave  and daring  as  the figured  carved  on  it.

During  the Renaissance, sardonyx  was  believed  to  bring  eloquence  upon  the  wearer  and was regarded  with  great  value  by  public  speakers  and  orators.

Cameos  are  cut  from  stones, such  as  onyx,  sardonix  or  agate, where  different  colors occur in layers. The  background  material  is  cut  away, leaving  the  cameo  design  in  relief. Onyx  is  also  used in  intaglios  because  its  layers  can  be  cut  to  show  a  color  contrast between  the  design  and  the  background.

Sardonyx   at  one  time  was  more  precious   than  gold,  silver, or  sapphire. Sardonyx  is always widely  used  in   cameos  and  intaglios.

Onyx,  Sard  and  Sardonyx (Chalcedony)  are  all  varieties  of  the  microcrystalline  quartz, chalcedony.

The  “black  onyx”  that  is  commonly  used  in  jewelry  isn’t  onyx  at  all, and  isn’t  naturally black. It  is  chalcedony  dyed  black. And  may  be  banded  or  solid  black.
But  it  could  differentiate  the  genuine  black  onyx   to  the  dyed   chalcedony. The  dyed  one  tend  to  have  matt  look. But  the  genuine  black  onyx  still  have  the  shiny  smooth  look  and  feel.

Sard  is  a  brownish  red  variety, and  Sardonyx  is  a  blend  of  sard  and  onyx,  and  has  the straight white  bands  of  onyx  and  the  brownish  red  of  sard.
It  is  found  worldwide  and  is  formed  by  the  deposition  of  silica  in  gas  cavities  in  lavas, which results  in  the  distinctive  bands.

Some  say  this  stone  is  in  tune  with  the  darker  side  of  magic  and  sorcery.  A very protective  stone. It  brings  good  luck  to  the  bearer  and  guards  against  spells  and  curses from enemy.

Black onyx  also  used  to  increase  endurance  and  bring  hope  even  in  the  depths  of despair. The  unscrupulous  could  use  it  to  cause  nightmares  or  destroy  friendships  and partnerships. It  is  worth  remembering  however  that  there  is  no  evil  in  the  stone  itself only  in  the  person  who uses  it  for malicious  ends.

Kinds: Onyx , White Onyx, Black Onyx, Cream, Caramel, Lime/Green Onyx, Banded Onyx, etc.

Lapiz  Lazuli (DECEMBER)

Deep Blue with white gold variegations.
Deep  Blue  with  white  gold  variegations.

Denim  Lapis  is  paler  blue  with  white  variegations. Lapis  Lazuli  used  to  say  as: Lapis. The name  Lapis Lazuli  translate  to  ‘blue stone’.

This  is  one  of  the  oldest  gemstones  in jewelry.  Lapis  has  been  used  in  jewelry  making for  over  7000  years.

Egyptian  women  used  to  use  ground  Lapis  as  eye  shadow  and  Lapis  Lazuli  was  used to create  ultramarine  color  paints  for  centuries. The  paint  was  very  expensive. The  stone was  also used  for  jewelry, amulets, carved  figurines, bowls, and  sealing  sticks  by civilizations  as  diverse  as Egyptians, Babylonians, Greeks, Romans  and  Chinese.

Lapis  Lazuli  is  a  semiprecious  stone  valued  for  its  deep  blue  color. The  source  of  the pigment  ultramarine, Lapis lazuli  is  not  a mineral  but  a  rock  colored  by  lazurite.
In  addition  to  the  sodalite minerals  in  lapis lazuli, small  amounts  of  white  calcite  and of pyrite crystals  are  usually  present. Because lapis  is  a  rock  of  varying composition, its physical properties  are  variable.

Find  the  flecks  of  gold  and  white  in  Lapis  Lazuli.
Lapis Lazuli  occurs  in  various  shades  of  blue  with some qualities being speckled  with white calcite and  some  with  yellow  pyrite.
The finest Lapis  Lazuli  is  even  blue color with  little  or no  veining  from  other  elements.

There  are  Denim Lapis, the  lighter  blue  Lapis.  It  was  mixed  up  with  Sodalite  which  had much  more  white  spots.

*

Lapis  was  treasured  by  ancient  Babylonian  and  Egyptian  civilizations. The Egyptians believe that  Lapis Lazuli  could  be  used  as  an  aphrodisiac  and  also  as  medical  healing.

Cleans  mental  body, changes  negative  views  of  reality  to  positive  outlooks, reprograms the  mental body  and  facilitates  all  healing.

Lapis Ring
Lapis Ring

During  Renaissance  period, Lapis  was  even  ground  up  and  mixed  with other material  and used  as  paint. But  when  new  paints  became  available, using  Lapis  as  a  paint  was  no longer practiced. In  museum  with Renaissance  artwork  or  with  Egyptian  artifacts  Lapis will identify  in many  of  the  pieces.

Lapis Lazuli  consists  of  a  mixture  of  minerals, including  Lazurite, its  blue  base  stone; Pyrite, which  gives  the  stone  the  golden  flecks; and  Calcite  which  creates  the  white clouds  seen  in Denim  Lapis. Bright  blue  specimens  with  small  specks  of  golden  pyrite are considered  the  most valuable, most  of  which  comes  from  Afghanistan. The appearance  of these  Afghan  Lapis  was associated  with  the  night  sky, with  shining ‘stars’ of  Pyrite.

This  why  Lapis  is  also  highly  valued in  metaphysical  field  specially  for  connection  of  the physical  world  and  the  celestial  world.

Lapis  is  a  popular  stone  year-round. Its  cooling  in  the  heat  of  the  summer, but  bright and vivid  in  the  dull  of  the  winter. It’s  a  strong  and  lively  color  for  the  spring  and  a crisp, sharp  tone for  the  smoky  autumn.

Lapis  sometimes  dyed  and  even  darker  or  brighter  blue  to  enhance. Lapis  that  is  dyed will eventually  fade  and  not  have  the  same  color.

Lapis  Lazuli  is  an  aggregate  of  minerals  which  include  white  Calcite  and  Pyrite. The white  Calcite  can  take  dyed  to  create  a  more  uniform  blue.

Some  dyes  can  be  detected  by  rubbing  the gem  with  an  acetone-dipped  cotton  swab, unless  the  gem  has  been  surface  coated  after  dying.

It  is  said  Lapis  strengthens  the  skeletal  system. Enhances  mental  clarity, improving mental spiritual  and  emotional  conditions .

The  main  supplies  of  Lapis Lazuli  are  found  in  the  Afghanistan, Egypt, Canada, Chile, the US, and  South America.

Lapis Lazuli  is  a  soft  stone. Don’t  clean  with  commercial  jewelry  cleaner  or  chemical  dip. It  is a  porous  stone  that  can  absorb  liquids  that  will  affect  the  color. Should  not  be worn  while washing  dishes  or  using   household  cleaners. Ultra  sonic  cleaning  is  not recommended.
Just  wipe  with  soft  cloth.
